We started as women who wanted to see other women rise into more power, pleasure, & consciousness.
I am spiritual mentor, healer, teacher and medicine women who created a transformational methodology to move through past pain & stuck energy. Aleks is a powerful yoga teacher and coach, whose teachings always made us calibrate to the higher frequencies of what's possible. We have been dedicated to our own paths of spiritual awakening & self leadership over the last decade in which we created “Yoga Life Awakening.”
We've held & coached each other, transformed our own self imposed limitations. We've danced, cried, moved, laugh, & celebrated our aliveness of life together. Since working together, we've grown our businesses, gotten married, and continue to thrive in this industry. We kept seeing the results that shifted in our own lives & in our clients lives too. We've seen our clients heal relationships, get engaged, take the teacher training they've always wanted, leave their corporate jobs, start their dream business, and so much more. We know this way of living needs to be shared with others.
We promised ourselves we would share this with the world and create the safety space to support women go deep into their pain and their pleasure.
